AN ACT to repeal §7-7-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to requiring county officers to file annual
reports of certain expenditures.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 7. COMPENSATION OF ELECTED COUNTY OFFICIALS.
§1. Repeal of section relating to requiring county officers to
file annual reports for expenditures for assistants,
deputies and employees.
Section seventeen, article seven, chapter seven of the Code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
